Janelle Page
Janelle’s career in business and marketing began in elementary when she first started selling suckers and candy bars to her fellow schoolmates. Her resume includes successful ventures in marketing, real estate, sports nutrition, supplements, events, consulting, teaching, and public speaking. Over the years, she has created and sold several companies, as well as helped hundreds of brands—both large and small—grow their business. Prior to becoming the Vice President of Marketing and eCommerce Strategy at Nutraceutical Corporation, Janelle was the founder and CEO of KickFire Marketing and eCommerce Wranglers.

Ritu Java
Ritu Java started her eCommerce journey as an Etsy seller over 10 years ago. She is the CEO and co-founder of PPC Ninja, a software and services company managing sponsored ads and DSP for 6, 7 and 8 figure brands. As someone who is really passionate about data analysis and advertising, Ritu has run dozens of PPC mastermind programs, workshops and webinars, and trained hundreds of Amazon sellers on PPC. Ritu has shared her knowledge on dozens of podcasts, webinars and conferences including the Prosper Show, Global Sources Summit, Empowery and more.

Jason Boyce
Jason Boyce, author of The Amazon Jungle and founder of Avenue7Media, began selling in e-commerce in 2002, and as an Amazon Merchant in 2003. Together with his A+ teams, he bootstrapped several of his own brands to success, to become a Top 200 Amazon Seller and a top 1,000 E-commerce seller according to Digital Commerce 360. In 2014, while speaking at several Amazon Selling and E-commerce conferences, Jason realized that helping others succeed was more meaningful than growing his own brands.

Justin Coats
As a CEO & Founder, Justin Coats has an innate drive to help business owners succeed. He has had the unique opportunity of experiencing multiple aspects of selling on Amazon that have provided a valuable perspective for advising businesses of all sizes to become successful, both on and off Amazon. Justin values his relationship with business owners and utilizes his understanding of the ever-evolving Amazon platform to find the right strategy for their success. Justin’s business career prior to Volitant Consulting was extensive; he founded a parent-centric Esports organization, contracted as a professional drone pilot, flew as a commercially rated helicopter pilot, served 5 years in the Marine Corps, and had years of experience in the retail industry. Justin is a very driven and success oriented person who cares about his people, relationships, and helping everyone be better every day.

Chris McCabe
After working for Amazon for many years evaluating seller account performance and enforcing Amazon’s policies, Chris launched ecommerceChris. He teaches sellers how to think like Amazon, protect their accounts, and appeal listing restrictions and suspensions. He provides expert advice that helps to inform and clarify important decisions around Amazon investments by those who sell through the site and other interested parties.

Krystel Abi Assi
Krystel has more than 8 years of e-commerce experience. Currently, she is the CEO at Amazon Sellers Society and Sellers Society based in Dubai, UAE and Tallinn, Estonia. She is also a certified Blue Ocean business strategist from INSEAD university and an international speaker and is widely regarded as an industry expert who is asked to share actionable intelligence on how Amazon works in the Middle East.

Chris Berry
Chris has been with the Strategic and Emerging Brands team at Amazon since 2019. In his role he educates brands on optimizing listings for indexing and conversion, creating an effective advertising structure, and building offer in-stock resilience. During that last few years he has obtained robust insider knowledge on how to accelerate first year growth for new brands. Due to his wealth of knowledge, he has had the privilege of working with everyone from some of the world’s largest established brands to exciting new industry disruptors.

Thomas Smale
Thomas Smale is the Founder and CEO of FE International. He is a serial business entrepreneur and M&A expert, having built the industry-leading firm in the $1-100M global technology sector. With experience dating back to the early 2000s, Smale offers invaluable technical, diligence and negotiation advice to early-stage and seasoned business owners alike, which has resulted in over 1,100 successful exits.
Smale can be regularly found speaking at industry events where he enjoys meeting like-minded entrepreneurs and investors.
Alongside his duties at FE International, Smale is a sought-after author and keynote presenter for leading industry events worldwide. He has been interviewed on top podcasts and blogs on a variety of topics, including business strategy, buying and selling businesses, negotiation tactics and more. He writes a business column regularly on entrepreneurship, growth, and business management for Entrepenur.com and is a Young Entrepreneurs’ Council member.

Douglas Hollinger
For 20 years, Doug has helped companies across industries deploy effective digital and commerce strategies, while also building industry-leading professional services firms.
Prior to joining BVA (recently acquired by The Stable) in February 2020, Doug was SVP of Consulting for LiveArea (a PFS company), a global commerce consulting firm offering business strategy, technology, and marketing/UX services. He’s also led commerce-focused consulting practices for Razorfish, Amplifi Commerce, and Nokia.

Chris Pinkerton
Chris leads Global Channel Partnerships for Clearco. Working with partners in the Venture, Investor and Agency ecosystems.
Clearco is the world’s largest e-commerce investor, funding over US$3.5 billion in 7,000 companies across 10 counties. Providing equity-free capital products that are tailor-made for founders in all stages of their journey.
Over the past decade, Chris has worked with the digital teams at companies including 3M, Google, Microsoft, Allstate Insurance, Avis Budget Group, and The New York Times. All in an effort to help them better understand their digital customer and apply this insight to their acquisition and monetization models.

Mike Wallenfels
Mike moved to Bend in 2015 as VP of Global Sales for Hydro Flask and is currently SVP Global Sales for Helen of Troy Home & Outdoor Division overseeing Hydro Flask, Osprey, and OXO brands in all regions and channels including Specialty, Omni-Channel, eCommerce, and International markets.

Results-driven sales leader with success in developing, executing, and scaling sales strategies. When I’m not busy managing complex sales cycles and accelerating revenue growth, I’m passionate about coaching and development and strive to be the best version of myself every single day.

Stan Friedlander
Chief merchant/GM of multiple categories for Amazon in both US and Japan for 10+ years, including all apparel, footwear, jewelry, watches, handbags, sunglasses, luggage and costumes. I had full p&l responsibility over first and third-party marketplace sales and expenses for these categories, including all customer experience, marketing, shipping and personnel expenses. My teams ranged in size from 100+ and oversaw revenues of $3.5B+, and have operated as an independent consultant since leaving Amazon, advising brands and sellers on their topline eCommerce strategy and helping with problem resolution. I have clients that range from $1M to $2B+ in annual sales revenue.

Alexandra ramirez
Alexandra graduated with an undergraduate degree in Biology. Always thinking she would become a doctor; she would soon realize her passion was elsewhere and transitioned into the business world. She holds an MBA in International Business, is multilingual and has a passion for traveling the world. Since then, she has taken the business world by storm with 10 strong years of experience in sales and over 6 years working within FinTech organizations; she is currently the Director of sales at SellersFunding. As part of her role, she partners with the business development, marketing; and executive teams to identify key solutions to address the needs of her clients.

FREDDIE ADLER
Freddie is an Investment Manager at SellerX, leading the company’s efforts in acquiring North American brands.
He is also an investor and advisor for early stage companies and the founder of Food & Fun Ventures. Prior to joining SellerX, Freddie worked in Venture Capital, Corporate Strategy and M&A at Antler, KPMG, and NBCUniversal.

CARRIE MILLER
Carrie has been an e-commerce seller since 2016 and a Helium 10 user since 2017. She started selling on Amazon.com and then quickly expanded to Shopify and now Walmart.com. She is also currently a brand evangelist for the Walmart.com tools at Helium 10. She is passionate about sharing strategies, tips and tricks that will help other e-commerce sellers succeed.

George Wescott
An e-commerce pioneer, George developed his first website in 1995. In 1998 he sold his first product on the internet in a storefront he developed from the ground up that became top 1% globally for visits. George became one of the first ten people to sell a product in the Amazon.com marketplace and went on to launch one of the world’s first Amazon A-Z centric agencies, which had the first API to Amazon advertising where he worked with hundreds of brands to improve all aspects of their performance across the value chain. He has also developed D2C native brands from the ground up and through acquisition have become top 1% performer relative to their peers. Currently as the CEO of A-Ventures Global his focus on the development of their Private Equity portfolio of SaaS, services, digital properties, and brands for ecommerce optimization. He loves data, automation, building incredible teams, riding his bike and getting as many AM cone laps as possible. George has lived in Bend with his wife and two sons for 23 years.

Jesse How currently serves as the Head of Partnerships at Acquco, he is responsible for developing and growing our partner relationships. Jesse has over 10 years of experience in sales and partnerships, having played integral roles in growth and new market development at TriNet, SmartBear, and Curata. He also brings over 5 years of consulting experience for emerging Amazon brands. Prior to joining Acquco Jesse was an Executive Sales Lead at Feedvisor where he consulted for the largest 3rd party sellers on Amazon and acted as a trusted advisor for numerous brands.

Jack has over five years of Business Development and Partnerships experience at growth start-ups. He currently serves as the Head of Strategic Partnerships at Payability where he focuses a majority of his time on structuring deals that enable Amazon, Walmart, eBay, and Shopify businesses to scale towards a desirable exit. Prior to joining the Payability team, Jack worked in Business Development at the real estate company, SquareFoot, where he was instrumental in advising Private Equity and VC-backed companies on their real estate footprints in NYC. He currently resides in the West Village of New York City.
